Built for strong chewers and escape artists, this heavy duty dog crate in L, XL and XXL uses thick square steel tubing and a double safety latch to keep large and powerful dogs secure. It's one of the toughest crates in our big dog range.

Why big dog owners love it

  • Chew-resistant square tubing – 0.6-inch thickened square tubes are much harder to bite than round wire crates.
  • Rust-resistant finish – treated iron for long-lasting durability.
  • Double safety lock system – latches designed to stop dogs from working the lock open from inside, with reinforced welds on all doors.
  • Three doors – a front door, top door and small feeding door for easy access.
  • Extra headroom – taller and wider than many standard crates so big dogs can stand, stretch and lie down comfortably.

Choosing a size

Measure your dog from nose to tail base and from floor to the top of the head while standing, then add 2–4 inches to each. Crate heights are approximately 38 in, 42 in and 46 in depending on size. Giant breeds such as Great Danes and Mastiffs usually need the XXL.
